3. International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping. We are working on expanding our delivery services in the near future.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link. You can check the status of your shipment at any time.
5. Shipping Delays
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, holidays, or carrier delays. We are not responsible for delays caused by external factors.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, or if it’s lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
7. Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
8.Cut‑Off Time
Orders placed before 2:00 PM (CST) on business days will ship the same day. Orders after this time will be processed on the next business day.
