All orders are shipped from our fulfillment center in Chicago, Illinois.
3. How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping within the U.S. typically takes 7–15 business days. Expedited and overnight options are also available at checkout.
4. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $50.
5. Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
6. What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll make it right.
7. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal and other secure online payment methods.
8. Are your products dishwasher safe?
Many of our products are top-rack dishwasher safe, but please refer to the individual product descriptions for care instructions.
9. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship only within the United States, but we plan to expand soon.
