Perishable or customized items are non-returnable, unless damaged or defective.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original method of payment.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).
4. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging. We’ll resolve it quickly with a replacement or full refund.

7.Restocking Fee
For returns not due to product defects or errors on our part, a restocking fee of up to 12% may apply. This fee covers the cost of inspection, repackaging, and restocking the item.
No restocking fee will be charged for items returned due to defects or incorrect shipments.
